If the dude is actually a felon (for child endangerment and false imprisonment), are we really saying the cops should have impounded his car and sent his drunk ass home to his wife and kids to tune them up?
And then just hope that when they show up the next day at his house to bust him on his parole violation/DUI he gives them back the taser and did not pick up a real gun in the meantime? |
