if WFH became the norm for reasons other than bat flu and daycares and schools remained open, i don't see how that would have an effect either way on birth rates. |

With 2 people that WFH and an au pair or childcare, life is perfectly fine. Obviously, there's going to be demand for bigger houses, but this is really a plus rather than a minus.
Also, the biggest anti-kid lifestyle is urban living which is going away. |
