...them together by cramming them all into the same space of working memory/conscious awareness at once. write down a list of 10 or 20 ideas. keep the list simple, use salient 1 or 2-word phrases as headings to represent each idea/concept, then rapidly move from item to item on the list, sliding your finger down the list as you go, and try to bring them all together as one 'super-idea' in your mental field.

try to 'stack' or collapse different ideas into each other, to create a more efficiently synthesized, harmonized mental picture.

you see, if you introspect, you will find that many of the thoughts/beliefs you have in your mind are not only in *conflict*, but exist completely unawares of each other. you have to make a conscious effort to yoke all of these fugitive mental fragments together into a coherent, at-hand synthesis.
