Date: July 10th, 2020 3:46 PM Author: Don and the Barzinis i was actually aiming for its lungs (which doesn't speak well for my aim). i 'missed,' and hit its cranium instead, which was split in half with pieces missing. had i actually hit my intended target, it would have punched a large hole through a bunch of meat. anyway, .460 Weatherby is massively overpowered for deer. this was on a relative's land, so it's not really out-of-season poaching i don't think.
