She has short hair, wears men's clothes, and is always pissed off and yelling about this or that. She's an external hire from another chain and doesn't understand the basics of our inventory system (or even cash registers, for that matter) yet feels that we're "failing" and has already clashed with almost everyone. She's also woke and obsessed with getting people of color (i.e., blacks) into supervisory positions, even if they are objectively terrible employees.
All of this is completely insane and has made a generally uneventful, quiet store a pressure cooker of bullshit. |
