nobody asks me any law or engineering questions in these interviews, everything is 100% personal so the rejection is personal. these rejections are NOT based on what clique i was in in school but are nonetheless personal. and my friendship with god produces de facto enmity with job interviewers and their deceitful ways. OYT, please assist. |

Date: May 13th, 2021 1:43 PM Author: Fragrant navy school not flame - assuming you are a white conservative using chrome, and applying via third party portals, u are 100% being flagged by recruiting software. every website, from indeed to monster to smart recruiter, basically zaps your browser history and hundreds of cookies to develop an "AI-driven candidate profile", including your behavioral patterns, psychological disposition, etc. only in rare cases is this shown directly to the birdbrain recruiter. generally they just shadow ding ur candidacy by showing 10 other "recommended" candidates ahead or flagging you for being a "risky" hire. this happens after initial phone screen phase
if u are in the job market, you should literally have a separate IP, social media profiles, youtube playlist, browser history, search history, etc
this is one of most underrated political issues bc of the ramifications imo |
