So CRT tries to get rid of anything where minorities/women/gays are underrepresented (ignoring situations where they are over represented).

In the case of schools, affirmative action, etc. this means getting rid of race neutral, objective measurements. They are eliminating advanced courses all over the country and getting rid of standardized testing.

So imagine you're an extremely smart black person. Your school gets rid of advanced courses you could have qualified for based purely on merit. Your school gets rid of calculus because too few minorities take it, leaving you less prepared for college. Then, when applying to college, the college says that your 1500 SAT score is irrelevant because of systemic racism.
