Banks get bonus points for investing in these areas which helps their relations with bigfed gov, hud etc.
So this guy fixes up a house, but his real business is the grifting 'classes' he puts on, which exists in a broader real estate grift ecosystem which is self sustaining in the medium term so long as fed gov and banks are tripping over themselves to fund these sorts of projects. To understand whats going on u need to underatand this sort of activity is about far more than tbe economics of one house flip, which as noted probably make no sense. Who tf wants a 500k house with black squatters 2 doors down. Somebody gets left holdimg the bag but its generally gullible minorities who get lifted up by the fed gov anyway. Even if this guy makes no money on this deal hes got 100 hangers on worshipping him and putting on conventions for their black friends etc.
Its a bizarre world but thats whats going on here. |
