I don’t get flu shots either because I don’t need them. I try to use natural products on my body/hair/skin. I don’t get unnecessary medical procedures. This isn’t political to me. Trump has encouraged people to get the vax. I’m not getting it, although I think the elderly and obese probably should seriously consider it.
And, again, we SIMPLY DONT KNOW the data on COVID vax side effects, both short and long-term. We don’t even know how effective it is in the long term and if boosters are needed, etc. The vax just came out a few months ago and is still in trials.
Even if I could be 100% sure the vax wouldn’t give me any negative noticeable side effects, I wouldn’t take it. I don’t need it.

Sort of. Let me find one of the articles I have read.
Edit: this one is pretty decent explanation

partial misinformation.
it doesn't tell cells near the injection site, the spike proteins show up everywhere.
if the spike protein from the mrna gene therapy doesn't completely match the new spike protein from the next strain of the cold, the vaccine does nothing. this is why flu vaccines generally aren't effective and why there has never been a cold (coronavirus) vaccine before.
additionally, this vax (like all vaccines) train your immune system to respond with the innate immune response and not the adaptive cell response, leaving you weak to actual dangerous diseases.

here's the science
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3068582/
STIMULATION OF IMMUNITY BY VACCINES
As with any challenge to the immune system, the body must first detect the threat whether it is a pathogenic agent or an immunization. This initial detection typically is done by the innate immune system; although, B-cells may also perform this function. This detection process begins when the immune system recognizes epitopes on antigens. Epitopes are small subregions on the antigens that simulate immune recognition.
Multiple components of the innate immune system will then respond to this challenge. These components of innate immunity will opsonize or bind to the agent and aid in its engulfment by antigen-presenting cells such as macrophages or monocytes. These antigen-presenting cell(s) will then process the antigens from this pathogenic agent and insert the processed antigen along with the MHC protein onto the surface on the antigen-presenting cell.[10]
If it is a viral antigen, the antigen will be bound with MHC I protein and presented by the antigen-presenting cell to a CD8 cell which will likely trigger cell-mediated immunity. If it is a bacterial or parasitic antigen, the antigen will be bound with MHC II protein and presented by the antigen-presenting cell to a CD4 cell which will likely trigger antibody-mediated immunity.[1]

I did edit. The difference is in the mechanism. Read the JAMA article I posted above.
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2770485
The cause of myocarditis is not entirely clear, but basically (my theory) it’s an overreaction by the body which causes the new cells to attack stuff they should not. Especially with the dose levels and two shot regiment in healthy young people (and prior infected).
Personally, I think the J&J is the way to go for the young. It should give them all the protection they need with a side effect profile like a more traditional vaccine. GBS is less common than in Covid infection for example. And blood clots I assume it’s the same. Unfortunately, Pfizer is all that is approved for 12-17 and everyone pushed the mRNA as “better” — which are are for the target audience (old, sick etc.).

Remember that the guy doing that is giving you advice here about your health- to protect you and society.
In the meantime imagine the profound hatred he must have for the world to do what he has done to his own genes and aside from that, to his children.
You can be certain that avoidance of his counsel is the best guide to health and wellbeing in life.
