Date: September 17th, 2021 10:15 AM Author: unhinged racy idea he suggested Yeah, it was good. Made me wish I had given surfing another chance. When I was in high school my dad was working in St. Lucia and one time he brought the family there when I was like 16.
My brother met some dudes who were going surfing. They gave me a board and gave me some tips and then we jumped in the water. We had to jump into the ocean from these giant rocks because there wasn't any beach where we were.
We had to wait for the wave to come in and time our jumps to land when the water was highest from the wave hitting the rocks, then paddle out.
As we are paddling out I see a huge wave coming right at me and I got crushed. I was under water for what seemed like forever and when I finally surfaced, my brother and the other dudes were too far away so I headed back to shore.
But now I had to climb up all those rocks I jumped down from and they were all slippery as shit. I kept getting knocked around on the rocks from the waves coming in and when I made it up on land I was bruised and bleeding all over.
When everyone came back from surfing I told everyone what happened and the one dude goes, "Oh, sorry, I forgot to teach you about duck-diving." |

I think it was my mom when I was like ten. I was all, "C'mon mom, its easy" and then she sat the top of the run terrified for an hour before taking off her skis and sliding down on her ass.
