Well yeah, but you could argue that's priced into the current value of US stocks which is dramatically higher than it was 10 years ago.
No one in the world knows for sure about any of this stuff- you basically have to go with your gut feeling on a lot of this stuff.
My gut feeling is US stocks are overvalued, even accounting for our pro-corporate culture. Could be wrong of course.

Agree with the carnival description, which is part of the reason I don't want to support it. Unless it's very clear that we're not near the top of a US stock bubble, I don't feel good about supporting it with my money, just out of basic principle.
If I get burned by going the EU route, then at least I'll know I put my money where my principles are. But my gut feeling tells me I won't get burned and that there are limits to even the Fed's power to pump shit up.
At any rate, this is like a 20 year investment for me, so I won't sweat over the short-term results, good or bad.

Most nights I watch the German news online. The average IQ in Germany seems like 15 points higher than in America.
Granted, southern Europe is a drag, but I see Europe overall as well ahead of America.
Airbus vs. Boeing is a good example- the Euros don't seem to have any trouble keeping their planes in the air.
