Do you try to move to a rural area? Seems like you’d have to ditch your phone + all electronic presence and go cash only which would make things difficult.

Facial scanners won't work. You throw a hat and some sunglasses and a mask on and you'd never be identified. Especially if you added some weight, put a wig on.
Heck, the "ID checks" at hotels and liquor stores these days they don't even ask you to take your mask down. |

In Laundrie's case, it shouldn't matter because he hasn't been accused of a crime yet. He should be able to travel on his regular passport until they issue an arrest warrant. But in general this strategy is probably safer if you have a fake or stolen passport. |

i think tcr is basically what you said, but instead of hunkering down in one place for a couple years, you gotta keep moving around. but only in wilderness places. there are tons of areas in the country that are very remote and filled with cabins and rustic vacation homes that are off the grid. travel around and raid those places for supplies as you need them. hunker down in the desolate wilderness while you have supplies. then, like you said, after about 2 years try to rejoin society. |
