pool remodel: removed and replaced leaky plumbing, added sheer descent water feature, added stacked stone and new tilework, mini pebble flooring, new skimmers and drains to bring up to code, gas pool heater, updated lighting, precast concrete coping that pinterest loves - $50k
4300 sq ft of pavers including stairs leading up to house, new drains in the whole patio, integrated lighting for the whole yard, paver block walls for the whole perimeter - $45k
large patio cover - $7k
new exterior paint - $7k
new turf for front yard (got the nice pricey shit) - $7k
landscaping - about 12 fruit trees, plants for the whole property, some plumbing work - $7500
total was roughly $125k.

We'll see what the guy who is coming to do the next bid says. We worked with him on our old pool (20x10 feet) and it was 60k. |

Lol - aside from the pool I can get my mexican crew to lay the bricks - hire a contractor to do the brick kitchen (appliances aren't high-end).
I'll have it done for less than 400k but couldn't believe the balls on this company to give me the bid.
They said pool cover would be 30k Outdoor kitchen with fireplace would be 60k Brickwork (around pool + walkway) would be 30k |
