lunch around 12, usual shit worklunch fare, turkey wrap and chips, moes, chickfila etc

dinner around 530, eat whatever we’re having until full, typically some entree based on red meat, less frequently chicken

protein shake most nights, 930-10 if im lifting that night, 8-830 if not

mix in an orange or a banana somewhere in the afternoon, maybe a peanut butter sandwich or some trail mix if im starving

Cheese and meat for breakfast at around 5 am. Workout from 6-7. Coffee all day and range of supplements. Fish oil is great for quelling hunger. Normal dinner when I get home. One catch is if I'm super hungry at work and someone brings in doughnuts or some shit. That's when I'll cave. I love a maple bar with a cup of coffee.

I used to religiously eat raw broccoli, tomatoes and a hard boiled egg every morning. Did that for a decade but gave up last year. Haven't noticed a difference.
