not the worst way to do it, but carries high risk of drying the meat out (or drying it out even more).
tcr is to simmer for a couple of minutes in a saucepan containing turkey 5/6 submerged in gravy, with a splash of liquid (stock, wine, water, anything really) added to replace what steams off.

Don't reheat it at all. Make turkey salad.
Put it in a food processor with mayo, celery, a little paprika, salt, and pepper. Put it on a sandwich.
