He's a fairly successful shitlawyer with an extremely high need for social approval, moderate intelligence (higher than needed for his role), high conscientiousness, wealth and stats that he is driven to exaggerate but not by much, and substantially the sordid, transactional family life & conditional sense of self-worth he presents to us.
An open book. A Sammy Glick-like character. Excellent guy to do business with since he's reliable and all surface.
Is the issue that you don't think we should validate him with attention? To the contrary, I think that he provides a ton of bort content and richly deserves his dopamine pings.
I do wonder what would happen, though, if we invited to the bort a poaster who also practiced PI law in Cali but had a hotter wife, better benchpress, better house, better face, longer legs, etc. Would be a fun experiment. |

1. Insurance can't clear coverage or liability because their insured won't contact them. So I threaten to sue the defendant unless they contact their insurance.
2. They won't disclose limits and my client is really fucked up and has crappy or no health insurance. Defendant needs to give consent to disclose this.
3. Insurance company wants to tender limits but their insured is pressuring them to not pay because of a stupid reason. |
