I usually sleep at like 4-5am, but sometimes it gets kooky and it turns into 6-7am
I rarely can sleep before midnight.
Tried drinking chai with no tea, didnt help. Some of those "natural" pills like melotonin (?) help at first but if u take it too much it stops working. Got some anti histimines in TH and took it once the night before an early morning flight and it actually fucking worked but dont want to take that shit regularly
Just let do nigga, if you are a night person its fine. I hate the fucking nigga mornings anyway. Mornings are for goy prowl GC slaves.
