My billables are like 20 hours off the mark but I was out with Covid and they specifically told me to rest and not worry about my workload. I have emails to document this, and I could’ve easily worked from home but I didn’t.
No idea what 2 is about. Never had an issue with this and I am prompt (within 24 hrs) of responding to clients unless a SLA dictates a faster turnaround. No one has ever brought up that I failed to meet a SLA with a client.
I got into a minor tiff with a paralegal who wasn’t doing anything at all to help on a certain matter. I told her in person to “just forget it” and then I emailed the team that she would be better off on these other projects. Other than that nothing has come up.
I feel like this is total BS. Had a meeting this morning but I am going to gather documentation to rebut all of these and follow the pumo’s advice above to call frequent meetings with HR. |
