Date: January 18th, 2022 11:06 PM Author: 180 Factory Reset Button when i was a kid, my family was going to be in Washington DC over the 4th of July, and everybody was hyping the fireworks shows BIGLY. a family-owned convenience store near my house sold the "fireworks" that were legal here, which are nothing special, but fun as a kid. i spent what felt like months amassing a stockpile that i intended on bringing to the 4th, until somebody finally pointed out that you can't bring that stuff on airplanes. shit.
so, i invited my friends over to set all of them off before i left. this was a time when America was still awesome, so we were the ones lighting them off instead of adults.
long story short, i got distracted and had some shit go off in my hand. burned the shit out of my palm and temporarily fused a couple of my fingers. sucked pretty hard at the time. not really that extreme all things considered though. |
