Blood sugars improved despite eating nothing but carbs for 7 weeks. A1C down to 5.1 from 5.2. One argument carnivore tards use is that eating plants causes “inflammation” or insulin resistance or some stupid shit. They’re retards.
This is the optimum diet. Lost weight on it too with no calorie counting or portion control.

What's your fibrinogen? CRP? Glucose tolerance test? Triglycerides? Free-test?
What kind of doc are to going to? 99% of PCPs dont know enough about this stuff to give good individualized advice.

Second off, you didn't poast your fasting triglycerides or fasting glucose? These are critical health metrics. How about blood pressure?
5.1 A1C is pretty shitty dude. In 7 weeks it only went down 0.1? I don't know what I started at but after ~3 months of carnivore I was at 5.3 then at 6 months in I was at 4.8.

actually meat is about 250 to 350 cals per cup of diced meat (white chicken at the bottom and pork and beef near the top)...
cheese is even higher...peanuts and nuts are also higher...
cooked beans is about 250 cals per cup...cooked rice and pasta are about 220 per cup, cooked....
fruit is less per cup than pasta/beans/rice...
non-starchy veg are even less...except avocadoes, which are high in fat...
corn is about 130 cals per cup...
one cup of diced potato is only about 55 cals..
so, carbs/veg are NOT as calorie dense as meat, cheese and nuts...

whole plant foods are the LEAST calorie dense foods and have the MOST fiber
if anything, it's hard to maintain and/or gain weight if that's all you're eating because that type of food is very filling while not being calorically dense, and you shit it out quickly
animal products are the most calorically dense foods because they're the most fatty. they have no fiber. a gram of fat has 9 calories while a gram of carbs has 4.

Great news that your markers have improved and youre excited about your health, and happy with your diet.
Be aware that the benefits probably are coming from this increased awareness and a reduction in your intake of for-profit factory "food product" in general, rather than total elimination of animal foods.
Lots of high animal food eaters are very healthy and virile. It's probably not inherently unhealthy, though i think it's questionably ethical.
I have been a vegetarian for over ten years and since converting to orthodoxy i go for lengthy stretches on a vegan diet.
I recently experienced a severe health crisis that doctors could not identify a cause of, but for a long period of time my diet was extremely low in calories, fat, and cholesterol combined with high activity.
I have almost fully recovered after a long escalation period for fat (dietary and stored) and calories. My absolute fat intake is now pretty high for a while. I still have symptoms of crashed testosterone, so I'm focusing on scaling up cholesterol now using shrimp and egg yolks when permitted by my faith (since hegemon was right about everything else so far).
I am aware that people have been no cholesterol vegans for decades and have normal t levels, so maybe I just need more time, but i am going to test this out no pun intended and see what happens. Bonus is i like the flavor of these things
