I sue universities for PDP and title ix issues arising out of disciplinary processes, and these ppl literally, seriously don't care if they get rung up, so long as they get rung up for erring (even severely) on the side of shitlib dogma, i.e., #believeallwomen, expel/fire the man.
Saying "oh they'll obfuscate their AA just like they do now" just SEREVELY understates the level of AA these ppl will find acceptable, which is way, way, way too much to ever successfully obfuscate if the legal standard becomes "Equality". |
