Well, this is disturbing. I know about plateaus with normal crash diets, but didn't really expect one here given how extreme it is. Will have to step up the cardio and calorie restriction on feed days. It's also possible that my GHB use -- ~2.5k extra mgs of sodium a day -- is screwing up my water retention. But, I took it Saturday (-1.8 lbs on fast day) and Sunday (+0.2 lbs on feed day) to no ill effect. Dumping the GHB after this week anyway, so will see if that helps

Tough not to overeat when breaking the 72er on a rest day. Overall, 230 is great for the halfway point, but morale is a bit low as week 3 was a complete disaster. Not sure how much blame goes to the G (gone for good) or a plateauing which will require fewer calories and more cardio to break. Have to thingdo this weekend but I think I should reasonably be able to accomplish 220-225 with 3 more strict weeks including one big cheat day. Also worth noting that my strength hasn't diminished one bit. I'm certainly not setting any PRs or getting any stronger, but my reps are the exact same as when I started
