1)Black men faced false rape charges against white women all the time back then. I was recently reading about a case from the 60s in which a black guy was imprisoned for raping a white woman and DNA tests later proved it was impossible ( the cops saved her underwear and clothes, an unusual practice back then).

2) Why does what someone's parents do matter in judging their actions? The intelligence level of this place has just plummeted. It's sad. People make all sorts of illogical arguments and as long as they are reactionary enough they're accepted.
