Here’s the article she was trying to cross him with. It suggests that BOA was using obscure reasons to deny loan forgiveness and that BOA made the appeal process difficult. It also says that BOA was allowing “partial” forgiveness when full forgiveness was more appropriate. It is very old however from February so out of date as the CEO stated. |
