Kanye West has been known to make some outrageous comments, but his recent statement crossed the line.

During a radio interview on Tuesday, he called out Jewish people as "the chosen ones" and suggested that they control the media.

He also brought up slavery, saying that African Americans are "mentally imprisoned."

These remarks have gotten him into hot water with the Jewish community, who have denounced his statements as anti-Semitic.

Now sources close to the rapper say that he was "acting strangely" before his radio interview and had been for days.

This led to his eventual involuntary medical confinement at a hospital for evaluation.
