Too little caffeine + need L-Theanine with it.

If there's serious concern about a switch, you really should not be on stims at all // you should have effective plan to treat the switch. That is, it's kind of crazy to put you on SSRI+Concerta, with no real plan re: switch.
But, one can't let depression, which is usually the more pervasive part of bipolar, go untreated.
* * * Imo get some Valproate & an atypical antipsychotic, make a rescue plan to use the latter, then the former if you start going manic, then get on lithium if you can handle it (apparently bad sides)---note, other 'mood stabilizers' are bs---and then get on an actually-effective treatment regimen for your bipolar depression.

lots of exercise, meditation, and other lifestyle changes have been good enough
i take the SSRI more for anxiety than depression |
