Clique is salient at a very young age. I remember even in elementary school which kids were Scummy, where were Jocks, Nerds, Losers, etc. Sometimes it’s not perfect (a kid can get a growth spurt and become Jockish) but Clique is like 90% obvious before the kid hits double-digit years. |
