Every time Iran and Israel have any kind of dustup, even if it's a psyop like yesterday, and there's no real action, we are going to take the opportunity to bomb Russia. It makes perfect sense
1. All eyes are on the middle east and no one is paying attention to reports about some random explosion in Russia, or any of that bullshit;
2. It gives an incentive for Russia to pressure Iran to stfu and back down. Russia needs to call the ayatollah and say "even if you aren't getting bombed, we are. So knock it the fuck off."
The bombings could be totally illegal but who cares? What member of Congress is going to accuse the SecDef of going a little to overboard in defense of Ukraine on a few isolated occasions? Who's even going to ask him if we did it? Who needs to know? Who wants to? The only people who need to think about this all live in Russia. |
