Aim to sell sell sell 400-600 lots per night at about cost or a little better. Assuming I can average +$1 per lot, selling about 18,000 lots per month, and I'm doing about $300k spend on inventory, yielding about 2% in credit card cash back, that's like $24,000/mo. and all I have to do is work every day, ship 18,000 shipments per month, and keep people engaged enough and bidding to sell 18,000 shipments per month. Seems easy peasy. |
