Im in the middle of learnign the Alter Ego how it ties to complexes and how they are actually set to go off on a bioligical basis in your DNA and it's kinda blowing my mind, your ego is just there to protect you from psychosis at al times other wise all collected personal and ancestral memories would flood your consciousness at once and you get BTFO so the alter ego is an balancing homeostatic mechanism with real biological effects ont eh4 body to keep you regulated within the duality of earth shiit kike realm and prevent you from going pyschotic but also making sure the things youre not conscious of actually do get a chance to come to light in your reality as a formed nuclear complex but we just arent aware of it and the infinite cricle jerk of humanity persists where we treat our reality liek a spiritual latrine
