Leg day: heavy singles • 5x1 deadlifts • 4x1-3 squats • 3x1 bulgarian split squats • 3x3 hamstring curls with this weird boot attachment since I have no machines in the morning • 3x3 lunges (each leg)

gonna go for a short/slow run after work since I've taken like a month without real cardio and need to get back at it

today was supposed to be legs for sets of 20, starting with 5x20 deadlifts. Got through first two sets, feel like shit because I didn't sleep much and ate like shit yesterday. Just gonna eat a lot today, go to bed at a reasonable time, and do it tomorrow. Today'll be the first rest day in awhile anyway. |
