Yes -- Jung was Kantian in the sense that both believed there are things prior to experience that shape our experience of reality. The archetypes are the things through which experience is mediated, just like the synthetic a priori are.

No -- this does not make the archetypes the noumena, any more than the synthetic a priori are noumena. The synthetic a priori are the transcendental conditions of experience, such that man cannot have experience outside the criteria of space, time, causality, etc.

But Jung's point is much weaker. For Kant there is a sense that all experience is always mediated by the synthetic a priori. For Jung, it's particularly human experience that is mediated by things like Mother, Father, etc.

So Jung's claim is much more empirical, and much weaker. Neither the synthetic a priori nor the archetypes are noumena. But Jung is a "Kantian" in the sense I described.
