1. Investigations so the next Dem AG can hit the ground running in January 2029. State AGs will also be able use the evidence they gather in the interim. This should take up 80%-90% of their time and effort.
2. Impeachment if they have the votes, whether for Trump or lesser cabinet officials
3. Fundraising to expand their majority in 2028 |
