Too many people eat breakfast because they think they should in order to "rev up their metabolism" (nonsense) or because otherwise they'll lose muscle mass (nonsense). Even when I'm not dieting, I never eat until about five to seven hours after I wake up just so that when I eat I can eat like a fucking pig. 5. Don't get too butthurt and take it too personally if someone dumps you/rejects you because you're ultimately not their type. People are after all sorts of different things so unless you're completely on the ass end of the bell curve in terms of looks and personality you'll find someone who sees you as their type.

A true competitor in a healthy competition pushes you to be your best and brings out the best in you. This is what you should care about, not winning or losing.
