She still worships wife and other aunt for being conventionally attractive females and asks them to take her shopping and teach her about make up, so it’s pretty clearly all a stage to some degree. But it also has to be warping minds significantly at a societal scale. And the older kids get the more you have to be subtle about it to make any push back effective.
