They are listening in the whole time, because there's always a risk one dood will go apeshit and fuck things up for the other guys in the squad. I don't think it's more than a shed, but the walls are PLASTERED from inch to inch with the resignation letters of doods who dropped out. The resignation letters say things like "I'm a piece a shit, I suck, fuck me 4 lyfe" and they are signed by people who started the training but quit. That's the first thing you see.
