Even when I'm not dieting, I never eat until about five to seven hours after I wake up just so that when I eat I can eat like a fucking pig. 3. Exercise regularly, preferably in the morning before you go to work. This helps jump-start your day like no other. Adopt a more exercise-heavy and health conscious lifestyle.
4. Learn to cook at least 2 or 3 meals that you'd feel comfortable serving to someone else.
5. Don't get too butthurt and take it too personally if someone dumps you/rejects you because you're ultimately not their type. A true competitor in a healthy competition pushes you to be your best and brings out the best in you. This is what you should care about, not winning or losing.
