-start with a regular warm-water enema to flush her out first. this should be obvious, but a lot of people jump right to the alcohol.
-limit the initial dose to two shots of wine or less. especially with women; that stuff will absorb quickly and hit them hard.
-don't pour in straight wine - dilute it heavily to prevent any stinging/burning associated with the alcohol content. 15% is enough to cause discomfort; reduce it with water to 5% or less. make sure the water is fairly warm, but not hot.
-let it absorb for 15 minutes or so after administration. massage her lower abdomen a bit to prevent cramping.
-have her lay on her left side during the administration, then flat on her back after a few minutes.
that's how you do it. it's pretty simple. have fun.

i think the main problem with autoenema alcohol ingestion is that it's too easy to get too drunk. it's actually a suicide method in large quantities. that's the reason you're supposed to supervise your GF while administering the wine, and restrict her overall consumption.
but if you are also drunk, then discretion erodes, and you might end up going too far, either on yourself or others.

also - another thing that people surprisingly forget sometimes - lube up the enema tip before shoving it in there. if you don't, the chick will probably get kind of upset.

oh, and this is quite important - obviously, the TYPE of wine is more or less irrelevant as long as it is being used in an enema, but avoid cheap wines with added SUGARS. it's not a great idea to dump a bunch of sugar into the lower colon.

you may be wondering - where should this actually be done, in my house?
i would suggest just throwing a towel or something on your bed and doing it there. when the enema is finished, she can shuffle off to the bathroom and you can post on this site and discuss your experiences.

Thanks for reminding me to do an enema on self. Been years, and why have the kit lying around if I am not going to use it? Seems like something to look forward to on a Monday night.
