Date: March 5th, 2021 9:50 PM Author: soggy state kitty A friend of mine has someone renting a unit from him and the guy stopped paying rent recently and provided documentation of his income being only from unemployment.
The guy also lives in the duplex with the tenant, so he sees that the tenant is getting checks from an oil company. He googled the guy info and found that his family had a farm that had some wells on it operated by XYZ Oil Company - but he dosent know how much the wells are producing or the amount of money that the tenant is making off of this.
How can he find this info out via public records and prove that the tenant lied about not having this income if it is significant? |
