Sounded like the policy holder's house burned down and when they filed a claim Allstate accused them of arson. When it was my turn the judge asked all the usual life story questions. When he got to "Where did you go to law school" and I answered, all the lawyers laughed in unison. The judge did go on to ask me if I was admitted to the bar before I was struck. Good luck!
