They don’t have to be super elite, but the women who were college athletes have much nicer bodies and have much better health habits than the non-athletes even if outwardly the non-athletes look about the same clothed. That flat stomach, those toned arms and legs, that pert ass. |

Sports are important for girls especially. Healthy and active lifestyle, socialize with other good kids, gain confidence and not feel pressured to make bad decisions for attention later in life etc. Boys do active shit with their friends already and have more opportunities to find worthwhile shit to be good at and build confidence. |
