its actually one of the most BS things
it happened 2 years ago, the cops didnt charge. they surely had reasons
now she files a civil suit and the shitlibs and feminazis are going insane
she voluntarily went to the frat house, agreed to a 3some, then got a train run by 5 dudes, prob consented to that too. waited three weeks to go to cops to cry "rape"
im sure in the cops investigation they found shit on her cell phone like she prob was bragging abt getting a train run on her or thanking the brehs for a graet night, there's prob even pics she was sending to others
its all retarded, they literally want to kill all men cause of this
and trump is POTUS but wtf diff does it make? no one will question these feminazi bitches

The idea that a bunch of cornell frat boys raped a literally unconscious k-holed girl for hours, and talked about it like it was nbd and noone thought it is wrong is ludicrous. In her initial 2024 statement to the police she didn't report being unconscious, gang raped, or forced to take drugs.

The accuser did not mention she was raped or drugged to police. That's pretty damning. 'I had this horrible experience getting drugged and gang raped. I spoke with detectives and didn't mention any of this.' uhhhhhhh so what exactly was the system supposed to do? Cops can't charge on a hunch.
doe's attorney blames the police for not prompting doe adequately to allege the elements of a crime not flame
> Thomas P. Giuffra, attorney for Jane Doe, the alleged victim, disputed Van Houten’s description of the woman's initial statement to the Cornell University Police Department and faulted authorities for never following up with his client.
> “In my experience, speaking with an abuse survivor requires delicacy, understanding and specialized training. An average University Police officer would not have these skills. It would be the role of a specially trained detective or district attorney. However, Ms. Doe was never contacted by anybody with those skills,” he said.
ljl at this shit. that’s just what we need: a priestly class of voodoo inquisitors that will artisanally curate culpability in cases where “give me all the facts in as much detail as you can” does not indicate a crime is likely to have occurred.

rofl new info from the whores original statement to police in 2024:
“She never says that she was drugged without her knowledge. She admits to taking drugs and alcohol voluntarily and with knowledge. She does not allege that she was forced to engage in any acts. She does not say that she was physically helpless or unconscious or incapacitated at any point during the time at the fraternity house,” Van Houten said.
According to a summary of the six-page typewritten statement Van Houten said Jane Doe provided to the Cornell University Police Department in November 2024, Jane Doe told police that she agreed to have a threesome with two Chi Phi fraternity brothers in part "due to how attracted [she] was" to one of them and in part because of her "drunken curiousness."
The statement goes on to say that Jane Doe and the two fraternity brothers then "engaged in a 'threesome'" involving sexual activity. Another man then entered the room and shook her hand, according to the document.
"When [Jane Doe] made contact with [Male Number 3’s] hand, [Male Number 3] pulled [Jane Doe] into him and [they] began making out. While [Male Number 3] was kissing [her], [Male Number 2] began groping [her]. Eventually, [Male Number 2, Male Number 3, and Jane Doe] would end up on the bed next to where [Male Number 1] was sleeping and [they] began to have a threesome,” the document said.
Other men were also in and out of the room, according to the document.
"Jane Doe had difficulty remembering parts of what happened next. She remembered '[Male Number 7] said something very rude and mean to [her].' Male Number 7 apologized and ‘grabbed [her] face and started kissing [her].' Jane Doe ‘quickly backed away to stop [Male Number 7] from kissing [her],' according to the document.
The summary then said some of the fraternity brothers began complimenting Jane Doe's looks and asked if they could ingest drugs off of her body.
"While the men were doing drugs off of her body, [Male Number 3] and [another male] entered the room and said something like, ‘Ok we’re shutting down whatever the [expletive] this is,'" the document said.

At the start of the threesome, Jane Doe described her intoxication level as “5 or 6 out of 10” and that she was “pretty ok with having this threesome.” The sexual conduct ended when Jane Doe “noticed that [Male Number 1] appeared really sleepy and was no longer fully erect.”
Male Number 1 said “he was going to take a nap and refresh himself” and “would eventually stumble his way from the couch to the bed.”
....
Male Number 3 then knocked on the door of the room. Jane Doe “decided to let him in because it was his room.” She “opened the door” and let Male Number 3 in the room. Male Number 3 “introduced himself to [Jane Doe] and reached out to shake her hand.” “When [Jane Doe] made contact with [Male Number 3’s] hand, [Male Number 3] pulled [Jane Doe] into him and [they] began making out. While [Male Number 3] was kissing [her], [Male Number 2] began groping [her].” Eventually, “[Male Number 2, Male Number 3, and Jane Doe] would end up on the bed next to where [Male Number 1] was sleeping and [they] began to have a threesome.”
...
A group of other men – later determined to be Male Number 4, Male Number 5, Male Number 6 and Male Number 7 – then entered the room.
Male Number 4 “asked [Jane Doe] if they all could do drugs off of [her] perfect body.” Jane Doe responded, “Sure.” While the men were doing drugs off of her body, “[Male Number 3] and [another male] entered the room and said something like, ‘Ok we’re shutting down whatever the f*** this is.”
Male 5 or 6 (who apparently have the same first name) “encouraged [her] to stay seated as long as [she] needed.”
Eventually, “[Male Number 1] and [Male Number 4 ] ushered [Jane Doe] out of the room brought [her] upstairs to a small room.”
Jane Doe initially stated that she was tired and asked Male Number 1, “What happened to just you and me?” Jane Doe could not remember how it started but she then engaged in a threesome with Male Number 1 and Male Number 4 involving oral sex and vaginal sex. She described her level of intoxication as “8 out of 10” at this point. “The threesome continued until at some point, around 5:45am, [Jane Doe] said [she] was tired and needed to turn in. At that point, both guys stopped the threesome with [her] as far as [she] can remember.”

The initial claim that went viral is that she was slipped ketamine and blacked out and then the frat brothers sent out a blast message saying hey this chick is totally unconscious anyone who wants to can come by and fuck her. That's what libs were saying 24 hours ago. Cf the facts and evidence.
Also if this was all that happened why did two of them get expelled and the other 4 had to write an essay reflecting on their bad behavior?
Probably the argument was that they were kicked out for the drugs, not the sex acts. Women/libs will argue that it's b/c of rape culture. The reality is that it was b/c the sex was 100% consensual, but they can (and probably should) still get the kids on supplying drugs.

There are way more people who think the Earth is flat than think this woman was raped. Unfortunately the types of people who believe this woman was raped have a massive stranglehold on academia and politics and institutions especially in blue states. Really makes you think how did such a small group obtain so much power?
Date: September 28th, 2026 10:37 PM Author: razzle-dazzle gold rigpig
I think you are underestimating the amount of people who think like this. Maybe in the 90s and early 2000s it was a tiny minority. Been pretty mainstream for a while. Only 2-10% of people think the Earth is flat. Way more than that think this chick was raped.

Maybe publicly. There's a lot who feel bullied into agreeing. There's a lot who feel like they can't step out of line. Behind closed doors many more especially men would disagree if they thought they weren't being recorded. Lot of Patrick Clancy soyboys out there. But this is obviously a heavily female agenda here.

This is why more women don't come forward, and why more rapists aren't jailed. Because mostly-male cops and prosecutors find it more believable that a 20-yr-old would want to have sex with a room full of fraternity brothers than accept she was raped.

Here's one overarching fact that bothers me in this and every other case. Consent is temporary. A woman has the right to consent AND to revoke consent. The prosecutor wasn't there and has no way of knowing the facts of consent. That alone should be cause for removal.

By his own admission, he took the CUPD report at face value without confirming with the victim the statement had not been altered, amended, edited, et. al.. All he looked at was her affirmation statement on the last page that everything preceding was true and correct to the best of her knowledge.

The cops don’t believe consent happened. They, like all misogynists, are denying the women have a right to consent, and - more importantly - a right to deny consent.
It’s rationalized through myths of “real” rape,” but the issue is ideology, not confusion. They approve of gendered hate & violence.

apparently libs are saying she figured out it was rape only after years of therapy:
"Jane Doe's sworn statement in November of 2024 did not allege that she was drugged against her will or gang raped," Van Houten said in a statement on Monday.
"On the contrary, Jane Doe's statement described her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious, and consensual."
Van Houten added that Jane Doe's lawyers had never been in touch with him to say her original statement was inaccurate or to ask him to reconsider his decision not to bring charges.
He later acknowledged "the reality that it can take years of therapy and healing for victims of sexual assaults to fully process and understand what happened to them".

i have a wacky alternative theory that may help any libs who are feeling confused and scared
1) women like sex with attractive guys
2) in her own words, she consensually fucked and sucked 3 sets of attractive guys. she rejected a few other guys, and they accepted her rejection. she took cock for hours and hours, and she didn't get tired of doing it, because it was hot and exciting, until 5:45am, even though she was drunk and high on ketamine and weed
3) for the men, this story is a 20 out of 10, an uninflated 180. completely insane. if you took part in this in ithaca new york, *every student* at cornell would know. if you were one of these guys - BEFORE the police accusation - random guys you don't know are probably laughing, high-fiving you, asking you about this insane night where you and your boys fucked this girl six ways from sunday. many uptight scrunchy-faced dorks filled with ressentiment are upset and talk privately about how you're a rapist. a vocal minority of tender normies wonders if you guys are secretly gay. this view is, of course, incorrect; running a spur-of-the-moment train on a girl with a great body is not only not gay, it's the straightest thing one can do in life.
4) for the woman, it's the abyss. a big "120" in red boldface. many of your dearest friends shun you. the sympathetic ask, "...i thought you wanted to date justin? you had sex with him and a bunch of other guys in front of his frat? they did drugs off of your body? what's ketamine?" strangers laugh at you as you walk down the street, call you names, whisper about you. your few remaining friends avoid being seen with you in public.
5) some of your sympathetic friends suggest that, because of the drugs, you were raped. you go to the police, to whom you tell the truth. they do nothing, because of rape culture and western hegemony. later you drop out of school.
6) over the years, the wound of REGRET turns into the scar tissue of DENIAL. your mind knows exactly what to misremember: you weren't cheerfully re-enacting your favorite efukt videos, you were rape-raped! now instead of being an ignominious sex-lover, you can be a heroic victim and collect some cash from the cornell administrators who rolled their eyes at your story in 2024

my completely uneducated HOT TAKE is that she likely consented to most but not all of the sex acts; voluntarily intoxicated herself to the point where "consent" is a more or less meaningless concept; and that all 8 are guilty of fornication which is (or should be) punishable by death.
Date: October 4th, 2026 6:02 PM Author: Brussels Sprout (Apropos of the Wet Snow)
in summary: the Cornell rape case is prima facie nonconsensual sexual battery, but the fair presumption is an ivy admitted, reasonably intelligent victim should have and could have avoided the fraternity system which as a matter of practice exploits young women, including gang bangs of unconscious raw meat as a matter of practice and tradition , so the victim assumed the risk
