The established politicians like Chuck Schumer and AOC don't have to worry about their races and they are already 90% pro Israel even if they occasionally say something against it. Pretty much everyone has said that Schumer and Pelosi were glad Trump was stepping up to invade Iran but because it was the other party they didn't have to run on it and take the backlash.
70% of elected Dems heckling love Israel deep in their bones unironically. The other 30% DSA types are just running kabuki theater. They come out in ornate costumes and pose and then at the end of the day they're going to side with Israel most of the time. Why? Because none of these power and money hungry sociopaths care about anything except for themselves. It's just career advancement. They say all the right things to get in power and stay in power and then enrich themselves on the job.
It's flabbergasting people don't see through this because all they care about is blue donkey team and somebody with the correct gender and skintone says the right things and makes the right ablutions et cetera. It's all so tiresome. |
