The "best" explanation I've heard is that she didn't want to be embarrassed by $100K of Amex debt during her confirmation, but (a) $100K on a CC is not even that bad for someone of her net worth, and (b) this only makes any sense if she neglected to pay it off until like <2 days before the unmovable point in time where they measure these things, which is not how these disclosures work. So by "best" I guess I mean "most flattering to her."

If that happens then shit like south carolina and mississippi become realistic. They're already dumping a literal billion dollars into texas, kansas, and ohio. |
