body... not even Target... will hire me.

I'm drowning in bills.

Every application ends in ghosting or a quick rejection. I’ve had 3 interviews that went totally nowhere. My resume is polished, I interview well, and I have good experience.

I feel incredibly worthless and stuck.

Any advice?

I have a couple of suggestions, have you actually spoken these words. "I really want this job." and "Do you have any concerns? 1. You are confirming in their mind that you do want the job and not just because you need the paycheck. Have a good reason why if they ask "Why do you want this job?" 2. Asking if they have any concerns gives you the opportunity to address them, not them making assumptions about you that's not in your favor. This is all I can provide since I don't know your experience and the job your are going for. I can say this, based on my own experience, having good experience could mean something or it could mean nothing. There can always be someone with more experience, Sometimes having too much experience is bad, because you're viewed as over qualified. Having a good interview is subjective, people interviewing aren't professional interviewers, so all they are interested in is seeing someone they can relate to sitting across from them. So try asking more questions, Try to find out who you'll report to, Have them describe your day to day, what they think is the hardest part of the job is. What they are looking for in the ideal candidate and make yourself fit that ideal. How they want their subordinates to engage them when they need something or there is a problem. Then you ask them if they have questions for you, and you answer them according to the way they like to be engaged. If they don't have any questions then you tell them how you do things related to the job that match what you've heard from them. This is all about using EQ to make yourself the ideal candidate. If you hear red flags that you know you can't deal with, then it is best to move on.
