I'm not an expert on the topic I don't know why people do what they do. My guess is that the reason Hollywood is closely affiliated with that is you have an industry where some people are rich and powerful and people who are young and vulnerable. Maybe it attracts those types.
I had an ex once who told me she was raped repeatedly by her next door neighbor for years until she hit puberty and her parents would just leave her alone with him all the time. Some pedophiles might live on Buena Vista, and some just live in the woods. It's sick disgusting shit but I can't think about the world's horrors every day. |
