This is the issue with the violin lady's argument. She is trying to argue that even if you grant it "alive"-status, consciousness, whatever, it still isn't wrong because the woman has a right to bodily autonomy that overrides the fetus's right to life. It's the opposite of this. It doesn't matter if you grant it as alive, you can call it non-alive and it is still wrong, because the biological structural process still exists and would result in the birth of a human outside someone interfering with it's trajectory.
