Sebastian Matta, a 19-year-old Arizona State University student, has been elected as the clerk of the Superior Court for Maricopa County, the fourth-largest county in the United States.
Republican Jeff Dial, a former state senator, called Matta to concede the race. Matta, who graduated high school last year, will now lead the clerk’s office. |
